SMM – Social Media Management is the process of actively posting and responding to people across multiple social media sites such as facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin, pinterest, oh yeah and Google+. Consider this your word-of-mouth marketing on steroids. Posts can quickly go viral which can have a positive or negative response. It is important to have someone actively posting, monitoring and responding on the social media channels for your business or organization.
